WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Please place your order at least 3 days before your pick up date to avoid a rush fee. The rush fee is $10 for 2 days prior to pick up and $20 for next day pick up.

HOW DO I GET MY COOKIES?
You can pick up your order at our Bakery located at 2322 Edgewater Drive Orlando, FL 32804.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM COOKIE ORDER?
The minimum order is a half dozen, but can be ordered individually (ex. quantity of 31)

DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?
A 10% discount is given to orders of 100 cookies or more.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN THE SUGAR COOKIES & ICING?
Flour, Sugar, Butter, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Cream Cheese, Egg Yolk, Powdered Sugar, Meringue Powder, Coloring Gel

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE THE COOKIES?
For the most part, we are able to add letters, numbers and symbols to any of our custom sugar cookies. As long there is room on the cookie for personalization, we are happy to do it. Cost for personalization is as follows:

$0.50 – 4 or More Characters

CAN YOU PLACE A PHOTOGRAPH OR CORPORATE LOGO ON A COOKIE?
Yes we can. Please email the photo or logo to cookiecousins@gmail.com as a jpeg attachment at a resolution of 300 dpi or 15 KB. We print it on an piece of edible sugar paper and use edible ink.
