Cookie Cousins offers FedEx Nationwide service with the following options:

Ground (Commercial Addresses)
Home Delivery (Residential Addresses)
2nd Day
Overnight

Please note that FedEx cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for ground and home delivery shipments and cannot deliver a package to APO/PO addresses. When shipping to an office building, please include a suite or floor number. We highly recommend that you have your cookies arrive a couple days prior to your event. We love our cookies as much as you do, so we package them with the utmost care; each individual cookie is placed in a foam pouch for protection. We ship with FedEx, whom marks our deliveries as fragile so they are handled with care. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our bakery, its in the hands of FedEx and we cannot be accountable for its handling, so we are unable to guarantee the condition of the cookies upon their arrival. We are unable to issue refunds for cookies that are broken upon arrival. If you have received broken cookies, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but please let us know so we can take further steps in protecting our cookies for future deliveries.

Please note that we ship all packages from Orlando, Florida. The FedEx map below will help you to best select a method of shipment. If you select Overnight, please be advised your package might not arrive until 7pm. If you want your package to be delivered on a specific date and not earlier, you must select 2nd Day or Overnight delivery. We ship based on your selected delivery date and method of delivery.
